After finishing all of the texturing I have now imported everything into an unreal project ready for submission.

With only the unique pieces to go, I used some of the smart materials from previous textures and made these:

With all of the textures completed, I now have to import into Unreal Engine 4 to present my work.
Just like the beams, I had multiple reference images to create these designs:

For the above, I created a smart material once i was happy with one so I could get the same effect on all 3.

For the bespoke platform I created 3 folder which each had their own black mask attached to so I could work on specific parts of the platform. I then used previous smart materials I created to give the foundry a uniform look.
Like the beams, I used the reference images at hand to try and make this as professional as I could.

Using the reference images we have, I based my texturing off them for the beams to make them look as professional as possible.

To achieve the effect I wanted, I looked at eh reference images we have from the site and worked off that.

When it came to texturing the chess pieces, I didn’t want to just make them black and white. I wanted to have some sort of texture and substance other than the base colour. I decided to make them out of stone and make them looked a little cracked and used. I played around with each colour until I found something I liked, them created a smart material to make sure I got the same effect on every piece.

After texturing the bench, I felt confident with my abilities and started on the rails.

After making sure the Bench has been prepared for texturing, I taken this oppurtunity to find out what substance painter can do. I spent a few hours playing around with materials and effects before making this final design.

I have modeled the foundry beams that would be used to support the walkways and also the beams that would be used for the sides of the walkways.
